Santosh brings 20+ years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer for one of the most renowned multi-brand franchise operators, with 100+ Subway locations, multi-state Massage Envy franchises, and European Wax Centers. That work gave her a deep, firsthand feel for what multi-unit owners are really up against, and what generic bookkeeping consistently misses: an owner can’t judge the health of a single location from a pile of lumped-together numbers.
She founded A2S Financial after watching too many capable operators get buried under the same problem: books that were always unfinished and never quite trusted. When she retired in 2024, she couldn’t leave that unsolved. She saw an entire industry of small and multi-unit owners flying blind, and decided to bring her experience directly to them.
Her conviction is simple: give a growing business clean, current numbers and a partner who actually reads them, and better decisions are sure to follow.
